Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and courteous demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
Assist with inquiries and provide information about school programs, events, and procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain the school’s visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.
Assist with student attendance records and tardy arrivals.
Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other school staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Uphold the school’s safety and security measures, monitoring visitors’ access and adhering to protocols.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in administration or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience as a Front Office Staff, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in using office equipment, including phones, printers, and computers.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
