Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and efficient Food Runner to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests, maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and presentation.
Handle special requests and accommodate guest needs promptly.
Support waitstaff in other duties as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
