We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. As a System Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our staff. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Implement security measures to protect data and systems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Update and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role is essential.
Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Familiarity with network protocols and security practices.
Proficiency in system and network administration tools.
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
