Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers’ specified locations within designated timeframes.
Confirm and double-check accuracy of orders before leaving the restaurant.
Handle cash and card transactions for food payments and provide accurate change as needed.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions with customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor if necessary.
Follow established delivery routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items during transportation to maintain food quality and safety standards.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
Perform regular vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
Communicate and coordinate with the restaurant staff and management regarding any changes, delays, or other issues related to food delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks, receipts, and delivery reports.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
