Description

Familiarize self with all products and procedures recommended in the Productivity Processes, including product application and preparation.
Assist customer in proper selection and application of product to develop expert relationship.
Support sales reps branch operations and distributors with technical and marketing assistance as needed.
Develop knowledge/skills regarding sales techniques and methods.
Assist in color verification and field color formulations.
Assist Branch operations and distributors in internal training at all levels.
Develop training aids and implement as needed to effectively communicate information.
Assist customer in set-up and implementation of mixing systems.
Allow self to be readily accessible to customer for advice/assistance etc.
