Description
a young and dynamic female customer service representative required for a fast-evolving maintenance company in Al Qouz Ind Area, Dubai.
1. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
2. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
3. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and mailing.
4. Provide excellent customer service.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
6. Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
7. Reports Customer’s problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
8. Assists associates and service advisors in closing sales and bringing in new clients
9. – ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
– prepare letters and documents i.e. courier, etc.
– receive and sort mails and deliveries
– schedule appointments
– maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
– organize meetings
– tidy and maintain the reception area
– maintain office stationeries and consumables
Requirements
* At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Dubai/UAE
* Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, Outlook.
* Ability to deal and communicate at all level
* A polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette
* Good organizational skills
