Responsibilities:
Accounting:

Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and expenses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Handle payroll and other accounting functions
Receptionist:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage the reception area and ensure tidiness
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant and Receptionist
Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organized with attention to detail
Prior experience in a dual role is a plus
