Facility Management Co-ordinator (Indian Nationality)

Description

We are urgently looking for Facility Management Coordinator for temporary period for Dubai. (Indian Nationality)

Requirement: • Minimum 3 years’of experience in facilities management and understanding of key building systems (BMS) including security, fire alarm, and air conditioning (HVAC).

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical plans, specifications, methods, and procedures.

• Understanding of scopes of work and ability to assist with coordination of building systems.

• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

• Ability to use data and analytics to achieve efficient utility systems.

•Extensive use of computerised maintenance management systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with Internal and External customers, Contractor and Subcontractor.

• Building management and Facility and Maintenance operations.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects.

• Work independently without regular direct supervision.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.

• Minimum Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computers, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
