Position: F&B Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including special promotions and dietary options.
Set up tables and dining areas before service and clear them afterward.
Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:
Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
