Responsibilities:

For Electrician:

Diagnose electrical issues and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Collaborate with other maintenance staff for efficient repairs
Keep accurate records of work performed
For Plumber:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential or commercial buildings
Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with other maintenance staff for efficient repairs
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
Keep accurate records of work performed
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Electrician or Plumber
Relevant certification or trade qualification
Knowledge of electrical or plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Strong problem-solving skills
Adherence to safety protocols
