Description

• Design, detailed engineering and site preparation of contract drawing, Shop drawing, BOQ and specifications for procurement and site execution purposes. • Designing of electrical panel GAD, Cable sizes, Switches and busbar size as per KSEI (Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate) regulations. • Designing of capacitor panel, motor control panel, ATS panel and AMF panel with its control wiring. • Submission of shop drawings and other documents for getting approval from KSEI and provide technical clarifications to the KSEI engineers if required. • In charge of all documentation and supervision of KSEI approval procedures like transformer & generator approval, electrical panel board approval, site inspection etc. • Regular site visiting and meetings with site supervisors to ensure the work done satisfies KSEI regulations and work flow on time. • In depth study of drawings, specifications, and provide technical clearance to concerned people. • Calculation of short circuit current and earth resistance. • Calculation of power factor correction and selection of appropriate capacitor bank. • Verification of cable size, voltage drop calculation and various other design requirements to make an economical and optimum design.• Lighting arrangement using DIALux software and lux calculation for lighting system. • Calculation of short circuit current, de-rated current and earth resistance.
