ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for copying, scanning and storing documents. To check for accuracy and edit files like contracts. Reviewing and updating technical documents such as manuals and work-flows. Shall be required to distribute project-related copies to internal teams. To retrieve files as requested by employees and clients. Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed. To maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
