Hands on experience in working within new build premises such as commercial, industrial and residential buildings and specifications of building services and willing to expand and share my knowledge in a reputed organization in infrastructure projects.Work description:-preparation & obtaining HV & LV design approvals,NOC’s from DEWA for projects. – Conducting HV & LV inspections for various types of projects with DEWA. – preparation and design Full Electrical shop drawings, schematic diagrams and Load calculations. – Site work activities and coordination with site civil engineers and other departments and making sure that the work is executed as per the consultant and client specifications with good quality and to achieve the required progress. – Preparing materials required at site with purchase department and BOQ.. – Professional in project planning. – Full knowledge about all DEWA regulations and professional in submission of DEWA online portal for all related work (Electricity & Water) from A to Z. – Professional in dealings with Authorities such as DEWA,RTA,DM,DCD,JAFZA,TRAKHEES, SIRA …etc and obtaining necessary Approvals and NOC’s.Projects: Residential buildings, Hotels, High rise buildings, Schools, Industrial warehouses, Villa complex, Offices etc…….
