Job Title: Day Care Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Day Care Staff. The ideal candidates will provide nurturing care and support to children in our daycare facility, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental growth.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact with children in a warm and supportive manner, fostering a safe and engaging environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts to promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
Maintain a clean and organized daycare space, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
Follow daily routines and schedules, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
Monitor children for any signs of distress, illness, or behavioral issues, and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary.
Assist with toilet training and personal hygiene routines as needed.
Collaborate with other day care staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
Adhere to daycare policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is an asset.
Genuine love for children and a nurturing disposition.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
