Description

Responsibilities:

Build a comprehensive, accurate, and objective performance measurement system and monitoring analysis framework based on business goals and business models;
Use the business monitoring and analysis framework to gain a clear insight into the overall business and identify business problems;
Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues through special topics analysis and provide data support and decision-making basis for company operations, marketing strategies, product directions, etc.;
Develop analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, refine data product requirements, collaborate with relevant teams (such as development teams, product teams) to promote the implementation of data products;
Collaborate with relevant teams to organize training and sharing of data technology-related concepts, skills, methods, and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields;
1-2 years of relevant work experience, with experience in internet, and e-commerce preferred;
Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL and proficient in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data, and timely discover and analyze the deep changes and root causes behind business phenomena;
Strong logical thinking ability, outstanding language expression ability, able to independently write commercial data analysis reports;
Have good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and business models, and be able to gain insight into business opportunities from a business development perspective;
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-departmental and cross-team projects, able to independently drive project execution.
