Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our supermarket, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our supermarket family.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the supermarket and provide assistance as needed.
Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, discounts, and product offerings.
Keep checkout areas clean and well-organized.
Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly faced.
Ensure compliance with age-restricted product regulations (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with patience.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
