Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will wear multiple hats, from processing transactions to assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and store policies.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a professional manner.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
