Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand reputation by offering personalized support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Assist with product/service recommendations based on customer needs.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and customer service goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles (experience in the UAE is preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills:
Experience in retail, hospitality, or telecom industries is a plus.
Knowledge of Dubai’s customer service expectations and cultural nuances.
Ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
