Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and requests.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Perform data entry tasks, including entering customer details and order information.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to customers.
Ensure the customer service area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and meet service goals.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
