Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

Assist in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and improvements to existing recipes.
Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations and high-quality service.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant or culinary environment.
Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institute preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creativity and passion for food and cooking.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
