Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Content Creator who will not only craft compelling digital content but also actively engage in creating and editing videos of real estate projects in Dubai. This role involves a hands-on approach in video production, from shooting to editing, and requires regular updates and interactions on our Instagram platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging content strategies in line with our clients’ brand goals, with a special focus on real estate projects in Dubai.
Film and edit high-quality videos of Dubai’s residential projects for use in digital marketing campaigns.
Regularly update and manage our Instagram account with fresh and engaging content.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in video and social media content.
Utilize SEO and social media best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics of video and social media content, adapting strategies for optimal results.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, with a particular focus on real estate marketing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation, with specific skills in video production and editing.
Familiarity with real estate projects, particularly in Dubai, is highly advantageous.
Strong skills in using video editing software and social media management tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently on video projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing.
