About the Role
We are looking for a personable and resourceful Concierge to deliver outstanding service to our guests or residents. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming and seamless experience, attending to their needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests or residents warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and requests.
Offer information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and transportation services.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and deliveries efficiently.
Manage guest or resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with organizing events and special arrangements when needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Familiarity with booking systems and concierge software is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
