Position: Concierge
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage, directions, and hotel services.
Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Make reservations for guests, including dining, transportation, and events.
Coordinate special guest requests such as room upgrades, special amenities, and VIP services.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Arrange tours, tickets, and travel plans for guests.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
Assist with administrative tasks such as guest check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ensure the lobby and concierge desk are neat and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Concierge or in customer service in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local area, including entertainment, dining, and transportation.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests with professionalism.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.
