Hotel Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Hotel Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, and food service personnel.

Monitor and manage hotel inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Assist in developing and implementing hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special services for guests.

Maintain accurate records of hotel expenses, revenues, and occupancy rates.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory roles, preferably in a similar upscale hotel environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and trends.

UAE residency or work permit is required.
