Classroom Assistant

Description

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities, providing support to individual students or small groups as needed.
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Assist with classroom organization and setup, including arranging desks, preparing materials, and displaying student work.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special needs or learning challenges, following guidance from the teacher or special education coordinator.
Monitor student behavior and encourage positive social interactions, modeling appropriate behavior and conflict resolution skills.
