Civil Engineer having Post graduation MBA in Infrastructure Construction Managment and bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with ample experience in Construction and consultancy firm and team managment.*Experienced in softwares like Autocad, staadProV8I, SAP2000,ETABS, MS PROJECTS MS officeetc..*Experienced inproject managment, site supervision, QS,BOQ preparation ,estimation,MEP, HVAC works, documentation , inspection of sub-super structural constrains.*Ability to work in a multi descipline team including non-engineers.*Develops and maintain budgets and schedules, planning and execution of projects with safety environments.*Able to handle mutiple projects from demarcation to TOC.*Aware of pre-tendering and post-tendering process.*Liaising with clients, consultants, sub -contractors and other concern authorities.* Experienced in Multi storied ,commercial projects , warehouse construction and villa projects too.-Holding an valid UAE Driving license.
