Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our catering team as a Catering Supervisor. The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing catering operations, ensuring high-quality service, and contributing to the success of our events.

Responsibilities:
Supervise catering staff and ensure proper training and development.
Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service during events.
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control catering expenses.
Resolve any issues or concerns during catering events.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic catering environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary or hospitality-related qualifications are a plus.
