Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate F&B staff activities
Ensure the smooth operation of dining services
Train and mentor staff in customer service and operational procedures
Monitor and maintain quality standards in food and service
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Collaborate with the management to develop and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
