Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage catering events from planning to execution
Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
Create detailed event proposals, including menu selection, pricing, and logistics
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution meets client expectations
Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown
Monitor and manage inventory of catering supplies
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
Assist in marketing and promoting catering services

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
Knowledge of catering industry trends and best practices
Familiarity with event planning software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
