Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate cash handling and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring correct change is given.
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and purchases.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and ensure all supplies are stocked.
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to store policies.
Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and resolve issues as appropriate.
Follow all cash handling and security procedures to prevent losses and ensure accurate accounting.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
