SUMMERY OF POSITION:Cable jointer who is capable of carry out power cable accessories installations (Joints / Terminations) including related power Cable supports /ladders. Ability to supervise related activities in consideration of safety code followed and as per OEM proceduresQualifications:– EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: ELECTRICAL DIMPLOMA AND ABOVE. – APPROVED CABLE JOINTER FROM DIFFERENT UTILITIES SUCH AS ADDC, AADC, (IS A MUST). – PRACTICIAL TRAINING CERTIFICATES FROM DEFERENT CABLES /ACCESSORIES MANUFACTURERS (ADVANTAGE) – TEAM PLAYER, WORK PRODUCTIVITY , – PRACTICAL EXPERENCE OF USING HAND TOOLS /SPECIAL POWER CABLE ACCESSORIES TOOL.Key responsibilities:– POWER CABLES (JOINTS/TERMINATIONS) INSTALLATION FROM DEFERRENT MANUFACTURER PRESPICTIVES AND DIFFERENT TYPE SUCH AS (HEAT SHRINK, COLD SHRINK , PLUG IN ,ETC..) – INSTALLATION OF POWER CABLES SUPPORTS / LADDERS – INSTALLATION OF EARTHING CABLES. – CABLE CUTTING AND CABLE ARRANGMENT INSIDE SUBSTATIONS
