Description

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets to target for business development opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and acquire new clients and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales and marketing activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the organization’s products or services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
