Responsibilities:
Work on the assembly line to perform various tasks such as product assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality control checks
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and maximize productivity
Monitor product specifications and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies in products
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste materials properly
Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
Communicate any issues or concerns with equipment, materials, or processes to the supervisor or designated point of contact
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in assembly line work or manufacturing preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects repeatedly
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
