Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Perform a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Coordinate office activities and events.
Ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and repaired when necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
