Job Opportunity: Real Estate Agent (Commission Based)
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will help clients buy, sell, or rent properties while earning a commission based on successful transactions.

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential clients and cultivate relationships to generate leads.
Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to close deals.
Prepare and review property contracts, lease agreements, and other documents.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals.
Maintain a database of client information, properties, and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction.
Requirements:

UAE Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license (preferred).
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
