Experienced in:Job Profile:-• Posting all the expenses entry and prepare journal for month/year end adjusting entries. • Prepare sales invoice, Bill of Entry and customs duty payment for supply materials to customers. • Accounts Receivable :- Prepare Debtors Ageing report monthly wise and submitted to company MD Prepare SOA and send to clients and follow up with clients to collect the payment timely • Accounts Payable :- Checking supplier invoices with PO & Delivery Note, reconcile with suppliers SOA and payment processing on due date with the approval of company MD • Prepare Bank reconciliation statement • Preparation and filing of VAT return • Managed payroll functions (include calculation of working hours) and prepare WPS file for 150 employees • Keep and maintain employees data and managed employees service benefit calculation as per UAE law • Job costing (work includes calculation of labor cost, material cost and man hour rate) • Inventory management – check and confirm material receipt, material issue to respective job properly.
