About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you enjoy sales and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with product selection.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Process sales transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
Assist in inventory management, restocking, and labeling.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
