Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
Review data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
