Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
Requirements and skills

Keen eye for accuracy when processing tickets and handling customer information.
Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software’s like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications. (IATA Certificate)
