Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage stock, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
Restock shelves and organize products to maintain a tidy appearance.
Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Support promotional activities and store events.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
