Responsibilities:
Clean and arrange guest rooms to the highest standards.
Make beds, replace linens, clean bathrooms, and replenish amenities.
Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Handle cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use.
Respond to guest requests promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and cart.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines for housekeeping.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold the hotel’s quality standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
