Are you detail-oriented with a passion for travel and customer service? Join our team in Dubai as a Ticketing Agent and help customers book their journeys with ease and efficiency!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in booking flights, making reservations, and issuing tickets.
Provide information on flight schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, changes, and refunds.
Ensure all bookings are accurate and comply with airline and travel regulations.
Manage reservations and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
Offer advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
Process payments securely and efficiently using various payment methods.
Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a ticketing agent or in a travel-related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and ticketing procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using ticketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel or tourism are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
