Job Opportunity: Office Assistant
* Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel accommodations.
Maintain office filing and storage systems, ensuring they are up to date and organized.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Provide general support to visitors and clients.
* Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
