Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing a warm welcome to all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle requests promptly and courteously.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and lobby.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including security and safety regulations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
