Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front Office Staff to join our hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and assist with booking tours or restaurant reservations.
Manage reservations and room allocations using the hotel’s property management system.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide guest assistance as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events.
Process guest payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Resolve guest complaints and issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready and in good condition for guests.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
