Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Assist guests in booking accommodations, dining reservations, and other hotel services
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, packages, and promotions
Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences
Resolve guest issues and complaints regarding reservations in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met
Adhere to company standards for customer service and reservation procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
Knowledge of hotel operations and services
