As a Bell Boy, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to our guests during their stay. Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities
Provide information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas
Assist with valet parking services if applicable
Uphold hotel standards for customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a similar hospitality role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift and transport luggage
Knowledge of local attractions and services
Positive and friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
High school diploma or equivalent
