Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, supporting various departments within the supermarket.

Responsibilities:
Enter product information, pricing, and inventory data into the system.
Update and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
Perform routine data quality checks and corrections.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a retail or supermarket setting.
Familiarity with supermarket products and categories is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
