Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our real estate listings and services.
Create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, virtual tours, videos, and more.
Manage and maintain the company’s website and online listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Implement social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage with the real estate community.
Collaborate with real estate agents to create targeted marketing campaigns for specific properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
Plan and organize open houses, property tours, and promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with photographers, videographers, designers, and other vendors.
Stay updated on real estate industry trends and marketing best practices.
Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate marketing or a related role is preferred.
