Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Key goal
o Create regional and global awareness of company’s brand, services, existing and upcoming projects through online digital media and offline PR with the aim of attracting new clients.
• Social/ Digital Marketing
o Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for brand awareness and client acquisition.
o Increase brand visibility and traffic across all social platforms, this includes content development, community engagement, and management.
o Create and maintain social media calendar.
o Day-to-day management social accounts on Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
o Manage the marketing budget.
o Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
o Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• PR
o Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities to engage our firm, the important persons from the firm.
o Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media.
o Prepare project editorials for online publications of our existing and ongoing projects.
o Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions to market the firms.
o Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Architecture/ journalism)
• Diploma or equivalent in Social Media Marketing
• Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linked-in Ads etc.
• Association or keen interest in architecture and design
• Exceptional writing skills and proofreading skills
• Experienced in writing and editing press releases.
• Effective copywriting and design skills to produce marketing materials for both print and online.
• Good Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Ability to think strategically, for planning successful PR campaigns.
